Full service for new build or renovations

This package is catered to clients who want the top-to bottom taken care of in a new build or renovation. We handle all the details of the project including the preliminary design planning, layout consulting, material selection, millwork design, spec sheets and elevations for your builder, procurement, and project management of a project. During the build, you can expect ongoing communication, site visits, and consulting with trade vendors/contractors as needed to ensure our vision is coming together as planned. Our design team is on hand throughout the entire process to ensure a timely, and stress-free project. With the end in sight, we start work on the furniture and decor design. Our team works with you to conceptualize your style and functional needs for the space. Once the furniture and decor is selected our team handles all the procurement and purchasing of goods. Lastly, and our favorite part: full-service professional installation! Once the build is completed, we coordinate with our movers and handymen to bring our vision to life. We arrive bright and early on install day and leave the space feeling like home.

Full service for design and decoration

Full Service Decorating is our turn-key option for complete decoration or re-decoration of blank-slate spaces. During our initial consultation, we will discuss your budget, style preferences, and functional requirements for the home. After this meeting we’ll present you with a detailed design plan for the entire space that includes design board, top view floor plans, elevations and budget. Every single detail from large furniture pieces to wall art to throw pillows, and accessories is considered. Once the final pieces and design is approved, we take care of the nitty gritty! This includes ordering, expediting, storage, delivery, and install. Once everything has been received, we coordinate with our movers and handymen to bring our vision to life. We arrive bright and early on install day with our crew and leave the space or spaces ready for elevated living. Full Service Decorating clients receive preferred pricing on select wholesalers and retailers. We share our trade pricing with each client.


Our E-Design package is for those seeking a designer look, but ready to take on the leg work themselves. Within the South Florida area, this service begins with a home visit to discuss the details and take photos & measurements. If you’re outside South Florida, we’ll start with a video chat and send you our detailed guide of the information needed. To design a space in keeping with our high-end designer look, a minimum budget of $5K/room is assumed. All spaces are designed as if from scratch, so we cannot guarantee the inclusion of existing pieces (although we are happy to consider them and incorporate them if suitable). The digital guide is delivered within four to five weeks of the initial consult. The E-Design package includes inspiration photos, top-view floor plans with furniture legend, two elevations, a custom-curated shopping list, an itemized budget and a E-Design board for each space. Once the documents have been reviewed, you will have 7 business days to make any revision requests. One revision per board is included in the E-Design package. Any additional requests or changes beyond this time frame will be billed accordingly. *The E-Design guide may at times contain affiliate links. This package is for anyone looking to change or refresh an existing space. Whether that is adding in new accessories, changing the space layout, or changing the color of the room. The Design on a Dime package is meant to add new life into your home. We will begin with a 45-minute online Zoom consultation where you'll be able to ask those burning design dilemma questions. After the call, you will provide us with photos and measurements of the area to get started. A measuring guide can be provided if needed.

Once we have this information, we will get to work on a mood board (1 space per package), furniture floor plan, recommendations list, color and paint palette, and product report. The documents will be sent to you within 7-10 business days.
